The fact is, I need to change. The reason I am where I am is because of the way I think. I have become programmed and IT’S NOT MY FAULT!

But what do I do?
Well think of the people around you.
Are they the same as they were 10, 15, or 20 years ago? I bet you answer YES to this.
Are you in the sam financial picture you were in say 10, 15, 20 years ago? I bet you answer YES to this.
Are you working in basically the same industry or with the same kind of people? I bet the answer is YES to this as well.
Or are you sick of punching a clock? YES YES YES

Why can’t we succeed?
Why can’t we get ahead?
Why can’t we have the things we want?
It really is pretty easy…..
We won’t change the way we think.
We want things for all the wrong reasons.
We are programmed for NOTHING.

WORK WORK WORK

HELP!!!

HELP! HELP! HELP!
This is the first word I screamed out after I had been through 7 different online companies. 7 years of failing forward. I had come to my final dead end. I was through with the empty promises of my future. It was like a bird flying into a sparkling, clean window. SMACK...OUCH!!! It's funny when you see that happen, but not so funny when it is happening to you. My 7th company I was in, I was smarter, I did my homework, and I gave it everything I had! Charitable organization- organizations that help people, usually for free. Yep, like that word!

How many of us could have succeeded if we only had a good mentor? Someone to show us the ropes, help us succeed? The biggest thing I found out is the companies I was joining weren't really interested in me making money but were interested in making money for themselves!!! It really makes sense, if you think about it. It's like any business really, they leverage off of their workers, to make a profit--so why should an online company be any different?

So I found out it WASN'T MY FAULT!! When I read this in the e-book, Success In 10 Steps, it was the biggest relief! I was finally able to stop blaming myself for my failures. I did realize and knew for a fact that you can't just join an online company, sit there, and wait for the money to roll in. DOING WELL IN BUSINESS BY KNOWING YOUR PROSPECT

In general there are 4 personality types. There have been many people who have researched this. There are many different ways to explain the personality types of people. Michael Dlouhy, creator of Mentoring For Free, author of Success In Ten Steps, has put the 4 personality types into a very simple and easy to understand format. He uses colors to describe them. Yellow, Blue, Green, and Red
Here are a few traits from each personality:
Yellow: Open and Indirect
They openly love people and care for people but are indirect with their own feelings. They nurture others, care deeply for others, they do not want to be sold and hate talking to pushy sales people.

Blue: Open and Direct
They are very open with their feelings and direct in telling you every single detail of their lives. They LOVE to have fun, very creative, they see the Big Picture quickly. Blues personalities talk a lot, tend to jump from program to program because if they aren’t having fun, then they are out of there.

Green: Self Contained and Indirect
They are those that like to keep to themselves and will not share much information with you. The love for you to give them facts and numbers. They will research things until they just have nothing else to research, then they will find something else to research. The want all the information, leave nothing out! Once you peak their interest and they get all the facts, they are in it for life. They are your business builders! You have to have patience with a Green personality.



Red: Self Contained and Direct
They are those people that most people run away from. They are pushy, usually not a team player. They NEVER want to talk about family or anything personal, show me the money! (Then get out of my way!)
They are usually not coachable, they want to be the boss!

I have to add that all of us have a primary color and then a very strong secondary color as well. And well, at one point or another we have all had to play each color for some reason or another. For example, mess with a mothers child or loved one, you just might get to see a yellow turn red in an instant! Sometimes it is hard to figure out what color we are. Michael can pinpoint your color in moments of meeting you. He is an amazing coach and mentor. He has created a proven duplicable system that is working now and has been for over 5 years.

Michael Dlouhy spoke miles and miles of good sense on a chilly Sunday night in Fargo, ND.
The attendees took noticed and really paid attention. He was witty, charming, but all and all he was just Michael. Michael doesn’t hide the truth, he doesn’t beat around any bushes he tells it how it is.

Self Talk

I hear people grumble sometimes about those two words "self talk". "Ughhh, you mean I have to tell myself to have a good day." What is that and why is this so hard to do? What do you see when you look into a mirror. We all have to every single day. We brush our hair or teeth, we put make up on, we groom ourselves for the day. What do you see when you do this. Do you ignore yourself and just do it because you have to? Or do you really "LOOK" at yourself and who you are?

People always tell me what a great person I am. It flatters me, but until I believe this myself, it is only on the surface that I believe what they are saying. Sure, I am nice, all my kids friends think I am the most awesome of mothers, most everyone that meets me says that I am so sweet and nice. Which I truly love and am grateful that my outward appearance is so excepted. But I think a lot of us struggle with that feeling that we aren't exactly what we wish we could be. I grew up the odd ball of most of my friends. I hung out with the less than popular group. When I was invited into any of the popular, more pretty girl group, it was usually so I would take the fall for whatever stupid thing they were planning to do. I was the scape goat. I think there are many of us out there that had these same experiences in life yes?

Well, fast forward a couple dozen years and here I am a mother to three wonderful kids and a wife to a very loving husband. But sometimes what I see in the mirror is that awkward teen ager who only the unpopular people really liked. When people ask me to do them favors or whatever, I tend to feel used, even when they are not even close to using me.

So how am I coping with this and how do I get over it. I mean come on it has been so many years ago to let these things bother me right? There are times my actions and thoughts are so silly that I laugh at myself. But they are feelings that were programed into my head for many years. About 7 months ago my husband stumbled onto a group of individuals that mentor and train others in network marketing. Well, I have to say they do much more than that. Niether one of us were ever sure why we failed at so many things. Why we would always stop short of reaching our goals in life. When we started to do the Mental Cleanse with our group of mentors, we learned a lot. A lot about how the others in our group were a lot like us. Plus we learned why we always stopped ourselves from success.

I still struggle at times with old feelings of hurt or whatever they may be. But it is amazing to look in that mirror and see a successful mother and wife. To actually like the person who is looking back at me. I have gone through life never feeling as worthy as another person. I don't know if I will ever completly stop doing the mental cleansing, but I do know that I am so much happier than I have ever been since joining these amazing people.

This is my self talk that I say daily to myself:
"I am the MASTER of my FATE, the CAPTAIN of my SOUL, because I have the power to control my thoughts!"(Out of the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill)
I am having fun building a future for me and my family, through learning and the teaching of others, because I can do ALL things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me!

I say this to myself in the mornings, afternoons, nights, whenever I need a boost in my self confidence. I thank all those in my group for helping me out whenever I need it!

Daily Struggles

As we go through life and business we have things that we struggle with. Not enough time in the day, to many chores or errands to do. These are things EVERYONE struggles with. But I think there is one struggle some may experience others may not. It is the struggle to become "more". We are programed early in life to except what we are handed and make the best out of it. What if we want MORE? What if there is a passion hidden within us to become successful beyond our wildest dreams? How do we go about accomplishing this? Most of us were never trained or taught that way. I watched a quick little movie a few minuets ago that I want to share with you. 212 degrees
This can be found on the Simple Truths website. Mac Anderson has many inspirational quick movies and lots of books. This is a great site!

As I was watching this video I realized what one of my biggest obstacles were in life, guess what that is? It is MYSELF! I limit myself because of where I came from, what I was taught and what I was told my whole life. But I also realize it isn't easy to change the way we believe in ourselves. We could have a hundred people tell us how awesome we are and what great people we are, but until we "get it" from our head to our heart, we can not be successful in life! Everyone of us in this big has the ability in our own minds and hearts to become the success we want to be. We just have to work at understanding our own needs and our own wants before we can get there.

Getting back to the movie, what if you were to give that one extra degree in life? How do you think this might help you? I love the fact they show you that winning at a race and getting the gold sometimes is only the difference of a fraction of a second. If you give just that little extra umff in life, what could that do for you?
As a human race I believe we all stop just short of our goals sometimes. This is because success is something we are not used to, not aware is possible for us.

What Does Success Mean To You?

Success is first a thought we come up with. I think we all have our own thoughts on success.
So in reality success is what you want it to be. But let's think about what we hear success is.
Some say success is when you have made a goal and reached that goal. Others say success is achieving life rewards, children, cars, houses. But most I run into think of a successful person as one that has a load of money. Personally, I don't think so. Yes, I have goals and plans to achieve a wealthy status, but if you don't have anyone to share in the experience with you, what fun is that?
My goal is to not only achieve a wealthy status money wise, but a wealthy and healthy mind and body along the way. I always thought it would be so awesome to win the lottery, over night success right? Really think about what that would do to you. I have seen over-night money turn into a sorta hell for some. Sure they have everything they always wanted, material things, but emotionally they weren't ready for that type of responsibility. When you have a goal and that goal is to become independently wealthy, you also have to have a plan to get there.

There are 150, 000 people weekly joining network marketing companies. These folks are looking to become independent, they don't want to go into a J O B daily. Unfortunately they have not been given the right training, therefore whatever they try ends in failure. Some will say every failure is a step closer to success. What if you wanted to be a doctor and just opened up an office and started operating on patients. Is every client that dies on your watch a step closer to success?
That is gruesome I agree, but really think about it. People are throwing away hard earned money on failures every day. Plus funny thing is some get training, but it is from someone who couldn't "make it" in network marketing, so they decided to become an expert and tell us how to do it. WHAT? So true though. It would be like going to theat doctor that didn't go to school to be one and ask his opinion on how to remove your own tonsils.
So my suggestion is find a team of people who care for each other, enjoy helping others, and have leaders among them that have had years of success in network marketing.

Time Managment III

More great wisdom from the late, Professor Randy Pausch.

Alright, have you started organizing a little more? It helps doesn't it?
In this post I am going to give some pointers on Goals, Priorities, and Planning.
You should have at least 100 things you would like to accomplish in your life time.
We are always taught to have goals, well, without them I can almost guarantee no
success. Don't wander aimlessly around in life, have a goal and go for it. And know that
even though a goal isn't reached within the time limit you want, you should search what
steps you took and revise, go for the goal again. Figure out why your goal wasn't reached.
But NEVER give up!

This may be a way to figure out how to prioritize your tasks that are necessary to
reach your goals.
Here are some good questions to ask yourself:
Why am I doing this?
Why will I succeed?
What happens if I choose not to do it?

You need a reason for doing the task you are doing and in that reason you have to figure out how you will succeed in the said task.
Now, ask yourself what happens if you don't do the said task. Is the world going to fall in around me? Is it going to mess up other tasks I need to do if I don't do this one? Figure out the importance of each thing you need to do.

Randy mentions something that I have heard a lot in my life. It is the 80/20 rule. This is how he explained it. 80% of your money is going to come from 20% of your clients. You need to figure our which they are and be really nice to them! Well, be nice to everyone, but these are your bread winners, find nice ways to thank them.

There is one man we all know and love for his creation, Disneyland. Walt Disney said, "If you can dream it, you can do it." If you refuse to dream something than you will not do it. Mr. Disney had Disneyland built in 366 days. WOW! How did he achieve such a task, he used every single one of those 366 days. Not a single day was wasted. So in your goal you want to set a time limit. You also want to use every one of the days/months/years you give yourself. Work your goal daily.

Something we at Mentoring for Free do is study the book Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill. Hill states that you must write down your desire, your goal. You need to come up with a goal, then a time limit for your goal. Now, you don't get something for nothing, so write in there
the action you plan to take to achieve this goal. What are you giving to get it?
Say what you have written twice a day (at least) until it just becomes a ritual that you do in the morning and night.
We also come up with what we call our "self talk". This is a paragraph you say to yourself everyday also. For an example I will share mine with you. "I am the MASTER of my FATE, the CAPTAIN of my SOUL, because I have the power to control my thoughts!" I am having fun building a future for me and my family, through learning and the teaching of others. Because I can do all things through Jesus who strengthens me!
It doesn't have to be this long or it can be longer. That is up to you. I put Jesus in it, because I put Him in all I do. That is my choice, not the choice of everyone, I do understand this and as I stated I just wanted to give you an example.

Okay, so you have some work to do right?
Write a goal down. Prioritize your tasks to accomplish the goal. Give yourself a time limit for the goal. Have a plan to accomplish the goal. Good quote, not sure who it is by but, "Failing to plan, is planning to fail". Find a self talk of your own and repeat it to yourself everyday. You have to give yourself pep talks. If you wake up everyday telling yourself how cruddy of a day it is going to be, well it will be. So wake up and continue all day to tell yourself how wonderful a day it is!

Time Management Part II

This is some more great information I picked up off of Professor Randy Pausch.
Most of us have a budget that we keep. And those that don’t find themselves in the -red quite often, yes? Well, just as we should have a money budget we should have a time budget as well. I will tell you this when you have bad time management, your stress level, it sky rockets! Plus all the information will help you, yes save precious time, but it can be considered great advice on your life as well. So instead of time management lets call is “LIFE MANAGEMENT”.

Here are a few things that have us wasting around two hours per day, add that up, wow! Two hours per day!! That is a considerable amount of time, and if I were of the green personality I would tell you in days, hours, and min per year that would save you. I am not. So we move on.
Here are just a few things:

• A messy desk
• Can’t find things
• Unprepared for meetings
• Tired/unable to concentrate

Wow, right? I can relate to almost all these things, eeek!
Here are two statements that Randy used and they made me slap my forehead!

• BEING SUCCESSFUL DOESN’T MAKE YOU MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL.
• MANAGING YOUR TIME WELL MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

Are those just so profound? I love these ah-ha moments in life!
And no I am not saying if you stay unorganized and sloppy, like myself at this moment, you won’t succeed. But if you manage your life and time well, you have a lot better chance of getting there sooner!

Alright, I am going to leave you to think of what you would like to do with the 2 hours you are going to save yourself after dealing with the above issues. I was thinking a nice hot bath for at least an hour of that and then maybe…..alright snapping out of it. Or I will be wasting even more time! Hee, hee, hee!
I know this section is short, but if you are anything like me, those 4 things up there will keep you thinking and busy for a bit!

STOP LAYING DORMANT!

My family and I like to take walks in this beautiful park that is near our home here in Dickinson, North Dakota. There is one place in particular that we enjoy. There is a canopy of trees you walk through along the path we take.

They provide great shade during our walk. But as trees do pretty soon they will begin to lose their leaves. These same beautiful trees will look sorta dead during the winter while they lay dormant.
Laying dormant is something we as humans seem embrace. We want change in our lives but we always stop ourselves by saying “It’s to late to change now.” HEY! It is NEVER to late to change. The world is changing all around us! More and more people are turning to online marketing, hoping to make extra money from home to help with the rising costs of living. The only problem is they aren’t getting the right training. We have always been taught WHAT to think, not HOW to think.
I work with the best group of people, at Mentoring For Free. The creator of this great group is Michael Dlouhy. Time Management

Okay, does anyone else out there think “Ahhhhh” when you hear the word time management? I do! But, it seems lately that those two words keep popping up everywhere I turn. So, for me at least, it is a sign that I totally need to get this down. I normally have no concept of time. I am late or right on time for most everything. This is annoying to me and I am sure all those I have to keep waiting. So, again, it must be time to get a hold of some good advice on this very subject.
My great friend and mentor Sarah Thompson taught us the other day how to save time with email. Did you think that was even possible. I had no idea. Really never thought about it. But you can actually save 10-20 days a year with the organization of email. I also watched a video on YouTube on a lecture given by Professor Randy Pausch. He also went into detail on how to save time with email.
Chit-chat back and forth is fine now and then. But when it comes to business, well, keep it short and simple.
Let’s start with your inbox. Your inbox is not a to-do list. Do not keep it cluttered with mail that needs to be read. Read it and file it. All email systems, that I am aware of, have a way to save emails in different folders. Make a folder for every subject you have coming into your inbox. Therefore if it is something that you need to keep and save, save it. Don’t store things in your inbox. I have started to take this advice. It is very nice to have an empty inbox. I really didn’t think it would make much difference but it really has. Another point with email is, as I said before, keep them simple. If you spend ½ your time replying to silly things back and forth, well, that is a lot of time wasted. Get your point across the first time, let it be confirmed and be done with it. Also, really think about what kind of response you would like back from your email. If you need a response right away, make sure you state it in your subject line. Do not just write “Hi there” and expect a immediate response. Put what it is you are after in your subject line. Unless you are just telling someone hello and don’t care if they respond right away. Another thing to think about is the person you are emailing. Maybe to them your new shoes aren’t so important, so don’t send them an URGENT in the subject line for non-urgent things. They also have a busy life right? Always think of the other person on the other end while thinking of how important something really is.

Okay, I guess you could say that is lesson one on Time Management. I will add more, I have really learned a lot in the past few days, at a later date. Thanks and I really hope you might have gotten a little nugget out of this!

I was curious today at how many free e-book offers that are out there.
So many people tell me what a great ploy it is to offer a free e-book to
get people to buy product from me. So I had to see just how many offers
are out there that actually do for people what the Mentoring For Free
book does.
The first thing I realize is that there are over 800,000 results on Google
for the keywords "free e books for making money online".
While I am sure, since I can't possibly read all of them,
there may be some great tips here and there
in these e books. I downloaded and opened several of these e books.
One thing that was common in each book was how to make money off
the free book. What? I just downloaded the book for free and now you
are going to show me how to sell it to make money? Okay, whatever.

Next if they didn't offer that little "gem" they did make sure that whoever
contributed to the book had a link in there where you could go to that
gurus website and buy more information from this person. So you would
get a little piece of his/her brain and in order to understand exactly what
they were trying to tell you, you had to buy from their website. Tricky!
And many then want you to join their company that they are currently
working with, or as it may be the several companies they are working.

So then I get to looking at the Mentoring for Free e book. I find no catches.
There were several places in the book where Michael Dlouhy could have
mentioned companies and how terrible they treat their distributors, but
he chooses not to. He is not here to tell you which way to go. He is
teaching us how to think on our own. Not just do what our up line tells
us to and sink or swim from there.

I understand the skeptisim that is brewing on internetland. But what
amazes me is how many people still jump in with both feet, without
doing any research on the company they are about to give their
hard earned money to. I suppose I do understand this, because I have
done it, many of the wonderful people I work with have done it.
The reason we do this is because we have not had proper training
on how to find a great company.

Michael Dlouhy has been in network marketing for over 30 years and
has been financially free for the past 17. Who better to learn from?
Plus you are offered all the training it takes to succeed, for free.
He is offering you big gold nuggets of information, for nothing in
return. He is tired of all the little fish being eaten by those big fish!

Give this book a read and really ask yourself, "Do I want to own my own

Why Mentoring For Free?

Cheaters Never Prosper

Have you ever thought what a cheater really is?
In life we are all cheaters. We cheat time, money, family.

We work hard at least 5 days a week and have 2 days off.
We do this for at least 20-40 years. Now most of us are the manual labor types.
So for those 20-40 years we have cheated our bodies of the sleep they needed,
our minds of the peace it needed, and our family they time they needed. We do
this for our families correct?

So during this 20-40 years you have worked hard for your family. What did they
get out of the deal. If you have children I know you had plenty of expenses there.
Between birth and college, I hear that is around 250,000 per child. (Not an exact
figure.) So sure someone had to work hard to make the money to give the children
all they needed. I won't argue about what a child needs and doesn't need. But one
thing to think about, how much better would they be if you gave them 2 hours of your
time a night instead of the brand new game system that cost you about 10-12 hours of
work time?

I am working hard right now. Yes, it is out of my kitchen, my kids are here with me.
I am a lucky person that has a husband that works outside the home so I don't have
to. We do sacrifice a lot for this to happen. Our kids benefit greatly from this. But I
dream of the day my husband and I are both at home with our children. I dream of
having 7 day week ends and doing and going wherever I want, whenever.
Is this a reality dream or again am I cheating my own heart by wishing this true?

6-7 months ago, I didn't even have this dream, I was actually considering going back
to work outside the home, to help make ends meet. I prayed hard on this one, not
something I was wanting to do AT ALL.
Dan, my wonderful husband, didn't want this either. So he set out to find a great way
for us to make money online. Of course he had been trying to do this for years. I felt
cheated that he actually believed it would work and wasted so much time on it. And
every time I heard those words "I found the answer honey and it only cost us..."
I cringed. But somehow or another I got sucked into believing that it was possible!
Then reality hit and it ended up costing way more than we ever made.

So fast forward and I am about to cheat my children and myself by getting a job
that I did not want. My husband again comes to me, I found the answer honey and
it will only cost us 30 dollars a month. Hmmm...I could live with that. We jumped in
with all four of our feet. We got flyers out, we advertised like crazy on the internet,
we followed our uplines advice to a tee! No results were coming in. We must be doing
something wrong. I would get upset, he would get upset, nothing good was coming out
of our situation.

We ran across a free e-book that would explain why we were struggling and how none of
it was "our fault". Ya, whatever I said. He downloaded and read it anyway. It said what to
look for in a company. So we started researching our current company. Hmmm....missing
very important key ingredients that are supposed to make a company work.
We were being cheated and yes the cheaters were prospering! We found out by researching
our comp plan that it would take 10,000 people to make 10,000 dollars a month. We had
already been at it a while and had 1 person under us, this was going to take a very long time
to achieve our goals. But the book also gave us an opportunity to get some more free training with some people in Mentoring For Free.

Needless to say we quit our company and decided to take them up on their free training on how to find the right company. Boy howdy did we ever find the right company.
We found a company that it will only take us around 400 people to make 10,000 a month
and they have showed us a proven system that will have the people asking us how to make
the money and how to run their business.

This is not something that is going to happen tomorrow, but I know people it has happened to
personally and I know that I am on the path to success. I know in less than two years time
my husband will be at home working with me. So, yes for the next year at least I will be cheating a lot. I will cheat my kids of my time, myself of some sleep, but I will not be cheating my heart
of it's desires. In the end I suppose Cheaters can Prosper. As long as you know what you are
cheating and have a plan to give back 110% to what it is that you cheated!

My children are still young and in two years they will really need all the attention I can give them, well, I will certainly be here to give it to them, but the best part.....so will their DAD!

Change...Scary? or Exciting?

I was just sitting here thinking of why so many people are afraid of success.
Most of us, me included, are striving for success every day, in one way or another.
But we all seem to stop just short of it constantly. I know I do. Do you?

I was pondering on that this morning wondering why? Why do only 3% succeed at
network marketing? Why is it that there are so many of us out here failing?
I mean holy moly there are hundreds of opportunities out there right? And we all
know SOMEONE is making big money, why not us?

One reason is the fact that a lot of us, not even knowingly, are afraid of change.
Yes, afraid of change. We get inches from gold and let other things interfere with our
success. We always will, unless we change.

Change can be very scary, but it can also be very exciting! I have many fears when it
comes to network marketing. I couldn't even admit that I did until recently.
I have come upon knowledge that is priceless! It has cost me NOTHING!
Maybe that is not true. It has cost me a little. A little time to figure out who I am, what I
want, and what I am going to do to get it.

If you are in network marketing then more than likely you have heard of the book,
"Think and Grow Rich", by Napoleon Hill. You may have even read the book. If you
have and didn't "get" it, read it again! I have a very difficult time with reading it.
It has words I do not understand and it sometimes is very tiresome to read for me.
But I get through it one chapter at a time and then I sit and really let it soak in what
it meant to me. I write down how it made me feel and how I can apply it to my life.
I do this weekly, one chapter at a time, with a awesome group of people. It is a little
ongoing group that reads this one book over and over. Some people read it and do the
one chapter at a time once through, others start over and do it again. It is our own
little "book club" that Michael Dlouhy has created.
This "club" or mastermind group, is a safe place to open up and realize what it may be
that is stopping you from success. I have found a lot of my weakness areas during this
study. You may be thinking, "well I don't have any weak spots", if so,CONGRATULATIONS! You should be making plenty of money in whatever it is you do and the best of luck to you!

Recipie For Success

Hey have you ever made a cake? Or a pizza? Both of these yummies need "oil" to complete the recipe. One needs extra virgin olive oil and the other vegetable oil. What if I didn't have either of these but, I am a mechanic and I have motor oil. Could I get away with using motor oil in the cake or the pizza? Boy, wouldn't that taste, well, like crud?
If you do not have a proven recipe for network marketing you WILL get a bad taste in your mouth! Network Marketing is a people, relationship based business. If you don't get that or know that, you will have a bad taste in your mouth.

MLM and Network Market Secrets

We know a lot of people in our close circle of friends that have lost 100's to 1000's of dollars. Their whole outlook on life was changed, they were disgruntled, snappy, and down right upset. They were blamed for everything they did wrong. Because it couldn't possibly be the company's fault or the systems they put in place, right? These are publicly traded company's, company's EVERYONE has heard of. They wouldn't treat people like that right? WRONG!
Big company's are not looking out for the little fishes in the BIG sea. They are looking out for themselves!
You can think that we are full of it and that can't possibly be, but look at the facts.
97% of all people trying their hand at online business FAIL. In most peoples life time they "recruit" maybe 2 people. Does that sound like good odds? Why does this happen? Because the systems the company's put into place are against you.

Here are some things for you to think about:
The Hitters tell you network marketing is a sales business.
It's not.
Truth: Network marketing is a teaching & mentoring business.
Your product is people. So study people. Find out how you can help
them reach their dreams.

The Hitters tell you, "It's Just A Numbers Game."
Truth: People are people - not numbers. They have goals, dreams and desires.
They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews,
grandmothers, and grandfather's to someone that loves them. They are not a
number, but real people.

The Hitters have more wonderful advice for you: “Talk to EVERYBODY about
your business opportunity."
The key is target marketing. Just talk to people who want your products and
services. Lead with benefits so REAL prospects see the value your offer and ask
you for more information.

The Hitters give you self-talk to use when you look in the mirror: "If It Is To Be,
It's Up To Me."
No skyscraper or successful network marketing organization has ever been built
by one person. It takes teamwork, people from every walk of life & experience
level coming together, working together. It takes hundreds, often thousands of people working for one common goal, to build the skyscraper or the network
marketing organization.

Here is something that I am sure we all have heard at one time or another:
·You wouldn’t have to work - it would all be done for you.
·You wouldn’t have to actually deal with and recruit any yucky people – your group
would be built automatically through "spillover."
·You wouldn’t have to sell – your people who spilled over would do that.
·You could get rich just by clicking his mouse.
And other than that, all you'd have to do is deposit the checks!
Sound like anything you have been told? We have been told this a lot!

Another great thing to think about:
Multiple Streams of Outgo
Consider all the money-makers you’ve signed up for. Consider all the $$ you’ve
paid for them. And consider the income they bring you right now, this month.
To borrow a line from Dr. Phil, “How’s THAT working for you?”

There is a secret that is right under your nose, that you will NEVER even think to look at. You have to agree to it just to sign up for any company. But it is so looong and so boring, you NEVER read it. Even if you have read it, you most likely did NOT understand it. It is your Policy's and Procedures. These are usually drafted up by really high paid lawyers that make way to much money to put in clauses that will either cost you money or lose the money you are used to making. We actually have a friend in our group that was making close to 45,000 dollars a month. He worked his tail off for a VERY LONG time to get this to happen. Then one day he got a notice that in 30 days, this would all end. Why? you ask. Very simple, they didn't want to pay him. Of course he never really got an answer because in his policy and procedures it states that the company can boot him out anytime they want without cause or reason.
Is this not unbelievable to YOU? Could you imagine that you finally make some money in this silly old business only to have it taken away in an instant? Man, that gets me going!
Okay, we have probably gone on a little to long here. But we hope you got a little something to think about here. In this business you really do need people around you that are TRULY succeeding, not lying to you about succeeding. You need a free mentoring group that can really help you. Believe me there are a lot out there that claim they are free in all reality, they just say that to suck you in and then get you to pay them to train you to become a mentor also. What? Doesn't make since to me. But some people are spending A LOT of money to do this. CRAZY!
